New cat tree!

Hello everyone!
The other day I ordered a cat tree of eBay and it arrived yesterday. We really needed an new one as the old one is pretty torn apart and is pretty boring.

Here it is! It is a metre tall and is the perfect size for kittens. An adult can wouldn't be able to fit in the little box or hammock, it's a perfect size for these little ones.

Bentley in the hammock.

So far they love it and are having a lot of fun with it, and I'm sure a lot of future litters will love it too!

The kittens have really warmed up to me and aren't shy. They love cuddles and meow at me to pick them up. We have been giving them wet food at morning and night, which they eat, but they prefer dry food.

It's has been really hot here lately so I've put icepacks under their bed to keep it cool. They love laying on the cold tiles and drinking cold kitten milk.

The kittens have no problems and are happy and healthy, and are gaining weight already.

Hope everyone is well,

3 White Kitties

Yesterday we picked up the kittens. We were meant to pick them up Friday, but the RSPCA ambo couldn't get them transferred to the clinic we pick them up at because there are fires her in New South Wales and the ambo was doing emergency runs. I hope everyone is safe from the fires and everyone is well.

Now to he kitties, these are the three fur balls we picked up.

They look quite big in that photo, when in reality they are much smaller.
So as you can see we have three medium- long hair white kittens. There are 2 girls and one boy. It is almost impossible to tell them apart because they look identical and have no markings, or anything like that.

This little kitten is Marshmallow and is the smallest of the lot, only by a bit though.

Then there is Lucy (at the top) she is the biggest, and Bentley (bottom) which is only a little bit bigger then marshmallow.

The kittens are a little bit shy, but they are already warming up to me. When they get a bit sleepy they are the biggest smoochers and love a cuddle, I can already tell they will be great lap cats.
It's very hard to identify them, I know who Lucy is cause she is bigger, but the only way I can tell between Marshmallow and Bentley is checking and seeing which ones the girl and boy. Marshmallow has a bit more of a slender face and I'm sure that once they grow a bit more and I get to know them I will be able to tell. I say they were taken away from there mother far to early as they are suckling on everything (especially my fluffy white jacket)

Little marshmallow getting nursed, she fell asleep in my arms for a good 20 minutes.

Hope everyone is well

Hello!

Hello everyone and welcome to my new blog 'Aussie Foster Kittens'. My name is Krystal and I am a foster career for kittens through RSPCA Australia. This is my 6th year myself and my family have fostered kittens and have loved every moment of it.

So a little bit about me then, I'm 14 and love cats more then I love people (yes I know, people tell me I'm a crazy cat lady). I live in Australia on the east coast and love the beach. Even though I love cats so much I actually do not own a cat, as my last cat got attacked and killed by the dog next door. It was extremely traumatic and my family and myself didn't want to go through that again and get another cat and have it put in danger. So now we are foster mummies to little baby kittens. We take the kittens from around the months of September/ October till about April. This is usually the kitten season over here in Australia as its hot within these months and its the months that most kittens are born in. We got a call today, and we are picking up the first kittens of the season on Friday. As for the months that we don't have kittens, I'm not sure what I'm going to write on this blog, but I will take that and think about that when it comes.

As for now I thank you for reading my blog and I hope to get to know all you other cat lovers and I can share my crazy, loving cat life.

Simba, a kitten from last season.
